K4C Ministries, Inc. d/b/a Kids 4 Christ was formally chartered in 2004 as a Georgia nonprofit corporation. Since 2005 K4C has met tax-exempt organization requirements detailed in section 501(c) of the Internal Revenue Code. As a 501(c)3 public charity, K4C is exampt from federal income taxes and all donations made to Kids 4 Christ are tax deductible.

To receive this exempt status K4C must conduct operations beneficial to the the community but cannot be organized or operated for the benefit of private interests or individuals and is restricted from engaging in political activities. Kids 4 Christ is also required to disclose its auditor-prepared annual financial statements and IRS 990 tax forms, which are posted at the bottom of this page.

The law does not require monthly financial reports, but K4C has made its monthly statements available below to provide financial transparency and for the convenience of ministry supporters.

 

Kids 4 Christ is proud of the way it manages contributed funding and encourages all staff to be good stewards of the organization's limited resources. During 2007 92 cents of every dollar donated went directly to programs benefitting children. K4C supporters can know their contributions are used locally to help area kids.
